The digital junction box is designed to connect upto 4 analogue load cells, and to offer the performance and the advantages of a digital load cell configuration.
It contains all transducer electronics to excite the strain gauge, amplify, filter and convert the analogue signal of each load cell to a digital form.
The signals of the 4 inputs are combined to produce a corrected and adjusted weight value. The box incorporates high performance A/D conversion including digital calibration with individual DIGITAL CORNER ADJUSTMENT.
Communication via a bi-directional serial interface allows easy connection to PC, PLC or other peripheral devices with networking capability. Two set points are standard while an analogue output board can be optionally integrated in the unit.
Standard weighing Functions are available such as Zero, Tare, Auto zero maintenance, Auto-zero on power-up, no motion detection. Its unique advantages are the electronic calibration and digital corner adjustment, which allow fast and efficient scale or silo installation, without the use of actual calibration weights and the need of trimming procedures.
The digital junction box comes in robust stainless steel housing and represents a reliable and professional solution for a multitude of weighing applications.

RDT 52 – Remote Display Terminal
RDT52 remote display terminal is designed as display and keyboard interface for Leon Engineering’s DJB. It provides 6-digit high visibility LED display with 5 status annunciators for the display of weight data and operator prompts. A keypad of 6 keys is used for operator interfacing.
The unit may be used in master mode whereby it may poll upto 30 DJBs connected in a network or in slave mode whereby it will only display information from a selected DJB.
The communication with the DJB is realized via the standard RS485 interface. The RDT52 can be also connected to the LD-Series indicators of Leon Engineering as a remote display terminal.
Two versions are available: Base model RDT52A may be used for approved weighing applications not requiring printouts or totalization. Extended model RDT52B may be connected to a printer or to a PC via the additional RS232 port and allow also printouts conform to the European regulations, since it is equipped with real-time-clock and Alibi memory.
