Press Conferences
  • A meeting organized for the purposes of distributing information to the media and answering questions from reporters.

  • All press conferences (whether you are hosting it yourself or jointly hosting it with another party) must be approved by headquarters. Please email us details about the objective, rough agenda, no. of media to be invited, and budget and we will get back to you within 3 days about whether you should go ahead.
  • Pre-event: Send us the event plan, agenda, list of media who have confirmed attendance, final budget, draft of press release within 1 week before the event.
  • Post-event: Send us the media report complete with all coverage of event and list of media who attended within 1 week after the event.

Group Interview
  • An in-depth interview with 5-10 media for distributing precise information
  • All group interviews (whether you are hosting it yourself or jointly hosting it with another party) must be approved by headquarters. Please email us details about the objective, rough agenda, no. of media to be invited, and budget and we will get back to you within 3 days about whether you should go ahead.
  • Post-event: Send us the media report complete with all coverage of event and list of media who attended within 1 week after the event.

Exclusive Interviews
  • Please just keep us informed with an email about any exclusive interview your executives will be conducting. Let us know the name of the media, type of media (print, broadcast, online, radio, etc), proposed questions, and date of the interview.
  • Post-interview: Send us the article and link (if available). If the article is in your local language, please provide a rough English translation.

Columns / Bylines
  • Please just keep us informed with an email about any columns or bylines by your executives. Let us know the topic, name of the media, and type of media (print, online).
  • Once the column/byline is published, send us the article and link (if available). If the article is in your local language, please provide a rough English translation.

Press Release / Photo Release
  • Please just keep us informed with an email about any press release or photo release you will distribute. Let us know the objective of the activity and send us a copy of the press release or photo release, along with a rough English translation if it is in your local language.

Example of Press Release
  • All press releases should go out with the logo of the company on the top and clearly state the city and the date it is released.
  • The title should be bolded and crafted to attract the attention of readers.
  • There can be 1-3 sub-heads underneath the title to help clarify the main topic.
  • A good press release should be 1-2 pages long.
  • The first paragraph should be a summary of the whole press release.
  • There should be at least 2 quotes, from either 1-2 executives, starting with the quote from the higher-ranking executive. If the press release discusses a partnership between 2 or more organizations, do include the equal number of quotes from a similar ranking official from each organization.
  • Include a boilerplate which is 1-2 paragraph description about the organization, at the end.
  • Include name(s) and contact details of your PR officer at the end of the press release.
