Digital Policy

  • This section aims to provide all TMN Digital Teams a reference manual for the creation and management of all online assets for marketing purposes.
  • The policies outlined in this section aims to ensure that TMN Online Assets adhere to the guidelines and best practices of the different digital media channels.

Digital Asset Usage
Do
  1. Use @ascendcorp or @truemoney emails to sign up and obtain access for all media accounts. (Please refer to the guide here).

  2. Grant access for shared drives and folders only on @ascendcorp or @truemoney emails.

  3. Use @ascendcorp or @truemoney emails when communicating to digital media partnersand 3rd-party providers.

  4. Follow creative guidelines provided by the Brand and Creatives Team.

  5. In cases where you need to modify designs based on business and market requirements, request approval from the Brand & Creatives and Digital team before publishing any thing.
Don't
  1. Do not use non-Ascend or personal email accounts when creating TMN Digital Accounts.

  2. Do not use any creatives or digital asset that does not follow our Digital Policy unless the Brand and Digital Team has reviewed and approved them.

  3. Do not use official TrueMoney accounts such as Facebook Pages, Youtube, andothers to post personal views, to send personal & private messages and to share personal videos.

  4. Do not post Ascend memo, bulletins or events for employees on the official TrueMoney social media accounts. Our social media accounts are for consumers and must not contain internal Ascend communications.
Minimum Requirements

  • Regional Team should be able to access digital assets to be able to provide support services and to conduct regular audits.
  • Local teams will run their own digital campaigns without approval from Regional team; except in cases where,
      - New format of creatives and materials are required
      - Campaigns with budget that exceeds USD 10,000/ month
      - Digital campaign is linked to a mass campaign.
