1. Promotion period: 21 April 2023 to 30 June 2023 ("Promotion Period”).

2. During the Promotion Period, selected customer subscribes to the “Now E Efinity Combo 12-month Pass” (“the Pass”) at HKD880 and to settle the payment with WeChat Pay HK via the Now E Website (www.nowe.com) may enjoy HK$100 discount (“discount offer”) on the subscription to the Pass. Each Now E account can only subscribe to the Pass once. The offer is only applicable to Now E account who has not purchased/registered the Pass before.

3. This discount offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers for purchasing the Pass.

4. The Pass is provided by PCCW Media Limited (“PCCW”). 12-Month Pass subscription starts instantly and will be terminated automatically after 12 months.

5. Please note that all programming accessed via the Pass can only be used in Hong Kong for your private domestic viewing only and must not be shown or exhibited for any public or commercial purposes.

By using the Pass, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by the, terms and conditions herein, the Now E Terms and Conditions, the Now E Things To Know and the Now E Android TV Box Terms of Use (available for viewing at https://www.nowe.com/tnc, https://www.nowe.com/help/thingstoknow and https://www.nowe.com/tnc/tvbox, respectively). In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions, Now E 2022 Mega Football Event Pass Terms and Conditions, the Now E Terms and Conditions, Now E Things to Know, and the Now E Android TV Box Terms of Use, the inconsistency shall be resolved in the descending order of preference as set out in this clause.

9. Users must use a TV or computer monitor with 4K display resolution, and also with mobile data network or LAN/Wi-Fi network that meets the minimum bandwidth requirements (25 Mbps) to enjoy an optimal viewing experience. 10. The Pass cannot be exchanged for cash, returned or resold; and will not be replaced if damaged.

11. The Pass and Now E are provided by PCCW Media Limited ("PCCW”). In the event of any disputes arising from or relating to the Pass or Now E, PCCW’s decision is final. In the event of any disputes arising from or relating to this offer, HKT’s decision is final.

12. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong SAR. If there are any discrepancies between the Chinese and English version of these terms, the English version shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
