Terms and Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, 'Anil Nair Classes', 'Company', 'us', and 'we' refer to Ratriya Edutech Private Limited. having its registered office at #502, 5^th Floor, Pavani Prestige, Ameerpet, Hyderabad. All references herein to the male or female gender are intended as gender neutral, and all such references to one gender apply equally to the other gender.

This Agreement (the "User Agreement") states the terms and conditions under which you (the "Subscriber") may use this web site and our product and services, which together we call the (the "Service/Product"). Any use by you of the Service/Product constitutes your acceptance of all such terms and conditions, including any terms and conditions incorporated herein by reference.

BY USING OUR SERVICE/PRODUCT, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS USER AGREEMENT AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY AND CREATE A BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND THE COMPANY.

If you do not accept the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy, please do not use the Anil Nair Classes Service/Product 

We are the owners of this site and the Copyrighted content sold through the site via different services / Products. 

"The Subscriber" refers to an individual person who subscribes to Anil Nair Classes Courses (Service/Product); Our Services and Products refer to the vairous courses offered in our classes and/or the online courses sold through this site. 

“Website” refers to the URL www.anilnairclasses.com 

The Subscriber can only be one individual person over 18 years old. The Subscriber cannot be a judicial person, a corporation, a group of people, or any other organization. 

By using this website, the Subscriber agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 


Description of Anil Nair Classes and its Services/Products

Anil Nair Classes offers various products and services for preparation for aspirants who are appearing for different Competitive exams (Jobs / Higher education): 

1. In-class course across its centers as detailed on the website

2. Online courses sold through the website and any other advertisement media


Conditions for Joining

In order to proceed with joining the course, the Company requests some personal data. The treatment of such data conforms to the Privacy Policy Statement that can be found on the home page. The Subscriber declares that his personal data is correct and true at the time of completing the registration forms. 

The Company reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. If they are amended or modified in such a way that significantly impacts the Subscriber, the Company will inform the Subscriber by email or by adding an appropriate message to the home page. Editorial corrections and changes do not constitute a significant impact.


Service Eligibility

The Subscriber represents and warrants that the Subscriber (a) is over the age of 18; (b) has not previously been suspended or expelled from Anil Nair Classes; (c) is not a direct competitor of Anil Nair Classes; (d) does not hold more than one account at any given time; and (e) that the Subscriber has full power and authority to enter into this User Agreement and in doing so will not violate any other agreement to which the Subscriber is a party. In addition, the Subscriber must provide all equipment and software necessary to connect to Anil Nair Classes online courses or services.


Period of Subscription

Subscription for the video course is valid for a limited period as subscribed from the date of registration and is not automatically renewed. Subscription for the regular classroom course is valid for a limited period as informed by the Company’s authorised personnel from the day or registration and is not automatically renewed. Renewal can only be initiated and authorized by the Subscriber, who must re-register for a new subscription period. Also, the services are not transferable from the classroom course to the video course or vice versa without prior consent from Anil Nair Classes. They are also not transferable from one person to another or allow the subscriber to switch batches once the course has started. 

The Company will not automatically renew any subscription. The Subscriber cannot cancel their subscription to the Service once they have agreed to a period of subscription.


Free Trial Subscription

Anil Nair Classes free trial subscription is at the sole discretion of the Company and is subject to change without any prior notice to any subscriber.


Payment

All subscriptions are payable on demand on registration. The Company is entitled to charge such reasonable costs as it may incur in recovering any overdue balances. Payment of the subscriptions can only be made by a valid Credit Card / Debit Card or via Netbanking through the website, and the Subscriber must provide details of the same when he makes an order for the services.

The Company has the right to amend the prices for subscriptions without notice. Any amendment or change in the subscription charge will only be valid for new Subscribers or new subscriptions for renewed periods, and will not affect existing subscriptions.

Where indicated, all prices are inclusive of the local Value Added Tax or Sales Tax, if and to the extent applicable. Subscribers who requires an invoice may request one from the Company. The period of the subscription will start from the date of the purchase.


Subscriber's Rights and Obligations

The content, learning material, computer software, coaching techniques and other components included in the Service/Product are the copyrighted property of the Company and its licensors. The Anil Nair Classes Service/Product is licensed (not sold) to the Subscriber, and the Company owns all copyright, trade secret, patents and other proprietary rights in the Service/Product. Subscription to the Service/Product grants one individual user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access the Service/Product for the user's personal, non-commercial use. 

The Subscriber agrees not to copy, distribute, rent, loan, lease or sublicense all or any portion of the Service/Product; modify, translate, distribute or prepare derivative works of the Service/Product or the accompanying documentation; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Service/Product or the accompanying documentation; remove any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Service/Product and accompanying documentation. 

The Subscriber will indemnify Anil Nair Classes against all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, fines and penalties of whatsoever nature made, incurred or imposed as a result of a breach by the Subscriber of the terms of this User Agreement.

The Subscriber agrees not to re-sell or make any other commercial use of the services or content without the written consent of the Company. 


Score Improvement Guarantees

Score improvement guarantees are highly dependent on the efforts by the student to reach his or her target score. We believe that the conditions that need to be met for a score guarantee are to the student's advantage; it is in your interest to make the full investment necessary to ensure your highest possible score, and it is in our interest and our pleasure to see each of you reach your full potential. 


Refund / Replacement Policy

All purchases made are final and no refunds will be made on any payments. No refund shall be provided once the subscription has been purchased. No cancellation requests shall be deemed acceptable once the subscription has been purchased. 


Anil Nair Classes Subscriber DOs & DON'Ts

As a condition to access the Service/Product, the Subscriber agrees to this User Agreement and to strictly observe the following DOs and DON'Ts:

DO's

01. Comply with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, tax laws, export control laws and regulatory requirements 

02. Review the Privacy Policy; 

03. Review and comply with notices sent by the Company concerning the Service/Product purchased; 

DON'Ts

01. duplicate, license, sublicense, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, sell, rebrand, otherwise transfer or commercially exploit the Service/Product except as permitted in the User Agreement;

02. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for any underlying intellectual property used to provide the Service/Product, or any part thereof; 

03. utilize information, content or any data the Subscriber views on and/or obtained from Anil Nair Classes Service/Product to provide any service that is competitive, in the Company’s sole discretion, with Anil Nair Classes; 


Liability

By subscribing to the products/services of the Company the Subscriber commits to use them exclusively for legal purposes. The Subscriber is totally responsible for the content of any messages and texts sent by them or on their behalf to Third Parties via the services, as he recognizes that he / she is the only person responsible for them and frees the Company from any subsequent claim or request. The Subscriber agrees to reimburse the Company for any cost deriving from claims or actions brought against it by a Third Party for damages caused by the Subscriber or by people authorized by the Subscriber to access the services. 


Privacy Policy

We use different technologies to collect and store information when you visit Anil Nair Classes or subscribe to our Produt/Service, and this may include capturing your information through the subscription forms. This information will be kept strictly confidentially in our databases. However, the company shall be entitled to reach out through any means deemed fit as per the information captured through our technologies. The Company has no intention of selling, renting out or giving this information to third parties. Not withstanding the above, the Company may provide third parties, offering services or products closely related to the Service, with the Subscriber's contact information if the Company believes that doing so would serve the best interests of the Subscriber. Additionally, we may use cookies and anonymous identifiers when you interact with services offered through third partners offering services or products closely related to the Services.

The provisions contained in these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy shall fully apply and be binding upon any person registering with or otherwise providing personal information to, any third-party service provider through which the Company offers its services.
