Muscle turns into fat.
Muscle won’t transform into fat. In fact,
building muscle and losing body fat rarely
take place simultaneously. You need to
focus on one before another. Gaining
muscle requires you to consume more
calories than what you burn and losing
body fat requires you to burn more
calories than what you consume.
Always trust a ripped, fit trainer.
Wrong! Some people are genetically-
blessed with a great body no matter
what type of training they do. Always
remember that we are all different. What
works for Fit-Joe will not necessarily
produce the same results on your body.
Find out what works for your body and
always trust qualified professional train-
ers instead of college students who train
at your gym for extra money.

like any other areas that
require hard-work and dedica-
tion (ie: facial care, fashion,
health), staying in shape is one
of the most talked about top-
ics when a bunch of guys get
together. All of us want to look
good and most importantly, healthy,
but there are just way too many things
holding us back.
Here are some of the most common
fitness myths going and why there is no
proven truth to any single one of them.
You only need to exercise if you are trying
to loseweight.
Not true because people of normal weight
can also carry exceeding amount of fats.
It is called “skinny fat”. Too much body
fat can put you at the risk of diseases
suffered by an obese person. Dieting does
help but you still need to exercise as crash
diets and extreme calorie-cutting will
remove lean muscle instead of body fat.
Sweating profusely will promote muscle
growth.
Sweating does not indicate active growth
of muscles. It just shows that your body
is being overheated. Why not get a towel
and gym clothes in better-quality fabric
instead? Stop wearing those cut-out tees!
Your fitness goal should be to get bulky
and strong like Superman.
Not really because strength and size do
not really go hand in hand . Martial arts
experts like Bruce Lee are actually small
but very strong. Yes, there are people who
go to the gym to fill out those t-shirts like
a stuffed sausage but are they stronger
than those who are smaller in sizes? No.
