Corporate Sales Executive, Mansour Mohamad,
talks about his role in getting closer to the customers and
making sure no seats are left empty on flights.
I
t
is a huge responsibility to make sure that every seat for each flight is filled
with passengers and that these passengers are provided the best service
possible to ensure their utmost level of satisfaction. At Firefly, Mansour
Mohamad is the person responsible for this. As a Corporate Sales Executive,
Mansour is the man the passengers reach out to regarding any booking issues
or other arrangements that they may have.
What are your responsibilities as a Corporate Sales Executive?
I am responsible for all sales activities of Firefly’s Corporate Travel. My role is
to engage B2B and B2C activities with corporate companies, travel management
companies as well as travel agents. More importantly, it is my responsibility to fill up
the seats, while maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
in person as well as via telephone calls and emails. Regular sales visitations to
existing customers is another aspect that I have to handle, as well as being the one
to craft, create and propose Firefly’s Corporate Travel Program.
