ali
has always been

But aside from families of fifteen hoping
for a relaxing getaway, Cupid’s arrow has
led many a love-struck duo to the sandy
white shores of Bali. From artists to high

warm embrace of romance beneath the
glittery Balinese skies.
Seminyak for Shoppers
Flashy, pricey but nevertheless exciting,
Seminyak thrives off the throngs of expats
who have set up shop on the breezy
island. Dozens of boutiques, surf shops
and premium cafés adorn the bustling
streets. Ever dynamic, it also houses
plenty of mouth-watering restaurants and
world-class spas.
The many eateries and design outlets
combine seamlessly to give lovebirds a
choice of style and creativity at varied price
tags. Of course, at almost every turn, you’ll
find the Pradas and Guccis of Seminyak,
but you can also find little spaces which
offer the best of Bali – without breaking
your wallet.
Kuta for Partiers
Couples still looking to boogie-hoogie till
the break of dawn would love it here. The
sound of techno and house music will
guide your nights in the south of Bali.
Loud and rowdy, the area is the centre
of Balinese tourism. Here, bumping into
the occassional badly behaved tourist is
a normal part of life. Expect impromptu
partying, and intense indulgence of the
senses.
Kuta is arguably The City of rowdy,
loud clubs coupled perfectly with cheap
rooms. And since the party goes on all
day every day, what do you really need
a room for anyway? The region is not for
the fainthearted, though. Kuta is made up
of narrow lanes jammed with cafés, both
seedy and otherwise; motorbikes, and
rows of massage parlours.
However, amidst the clutter of de-
bauchery, the allure of thumping music is
far too enticing for any young, hot blooded
couple to ignore.
