2. The chart above considers the proportion of men or women in a district with a body mass index of 25 or more. Such individuals are considered overweight.

Sanitation(%) covers households with following one or more sanitation facilities : Flush to piped sewer system, flush to septic tank, flush to pit latrine, ventilated improved pit (VIP)/biogas latrine, pit latrine with slab, twin pit/composting toilet, which is not shared with any other household.
4. "Richer" households are those with TV, computer, phone and motorised 2-wheeler/ 4-wheeler. Data from Census 2011.
5. Pregnant women and women with a birth in the preceding 2 months were not covered in this aspect of the survey.
6. For some districts the percentage data was based on survey of 25-49 unweighted cases.
